Need to cancel or transfer your registration? This guide explains the steps for withdrawing from the league before the season starts and what to do if you can't play once the season has begun. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth process!

⌛ While Registration is Open

Set-Partner Doubles

If you need to withdraw, league fees are refundable, minus the 2% LeagueApps transaction fee, up until the end of the registration period. If you request to withdraw during the registration period, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a cancellation and refund:

1. Email Support – Contact [email protected] with the email you registered with.
2. Receive Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
3. Refund Issued – Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reach your account.

Ladder League

If you need to withdraw, Ladder League fees are refundable, minus the $5 processing fee, ****up until the end of the registration period. To cancel:

1. Email Support – Contact [email protected] using the same email you registered with.
2. Receive Confirmation – We’ll send a confirmation once your cancellation is processed.
3. Refund Issued – Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📌 Ladder League is based on individual registration. You may not transfer your spot to another player.
