Need to cancel your registration? This guide explains the steps for withdrawing from the league before the deadline and what to do if you can't play after the deadline has passed. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth process!

Cancellations & Refunds

Your refund and change deadline is listed on your registration page and in your post-purchase confirmation email. For the Late Spring 2026 season, that date is May 7, 2026.

Before that date, you can withdraw from your league and receive a full refund minus the $5 processing fee. After that date, registrations are final — no exceptions, regardless of reason.

Once we receive your request, we'll process your cancellation and refund within 8-10 business days back to your original payment method.


📌 Requests received after May 7, 2026

We can remove you from the league, but a refund won't be available.

You do have one other option: transfer your spot. If you'd like to have someone step into your place so your registration doesn't go to waste, we can update the name and email on the roster — just let us know and provide us with this players information.

If you reach out after the deadline and we don't hear back from you with a final transfer decision by the time registration closes (May 10), we'll remove you from the league with no refund and no spot held.
