Need to cancel or transfer your registration? This guide explains the steps for withdrawing from the league before the season starts and what to do if you can't play once the season has begun. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth process!


⌛ Pre-season – Before the Season Starts

If you need to withdraw, league fees are fully refundable up until the end of the registration period. If you request to withdraw during the registration period, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a cancellation and refund:

  1. Email Support – Contact [email protected] with the email you registered with.
  2. Receive Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
  3. Refund Issued – Your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reach your account.

🚦 After the Season Has Started

League fees are refundable until the end of the registration period. After that, no refunds will be granted for teams that drop out or can no longer participate (no exceptions). However, you can transfer your registration to another player by following these steps:

  1. Find a Replacement – You are responsible for finding another player to take your spot in the league.
  2. Arrange Payment – The replacement player can pay you directly for the registration fee.
  3. Notify Honcho – Email [email protected] with the name and contact details of the replacement player to ensure the league roster is updated.
