This guide outlines the proper way to notify Honcho if your opponent no-showed your scheduled match. We rely on this form to track and resolve any no-show issues. If the form isn’t submitted, we aren’t able to follow up and handle the situation properly.

🕒 When to Submit the Match Issues Form

Set-Partner Doubles

If your opponents didn’t show up for your match and you didn’t receive a forfeit confirmation email, here’s what to do:

  1. Please allow a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled match time before marking a team as a no-show.
  2. Double-check your inbox and spam folder. Sometimes the forfeit notification email can land in the wrong place.
  3. If you're sure your opponents no-showed and nothing came through from Honcho, please fill out the Match Issues Form and mark the team as a ‘no-show’ as soon as possible so we can investigate and take action if needed.

Timely reporting helps us track patterns, follow up with teams, and keep things fair for everyone.

If your team received a forfeit notification for the match, no further action is needed. Only one team needs to submit the Match Issues Form — if you got the notification, that means Honcho was already looped in. Please don’t submit a duplicate form, just to keep things tidy on our end!
