This guide walks Team Captains (same partner formats only) through how to invite players and what steps are needed to confirm your team for the season.

📋 Adding Teammates During Registration

The first person to register is the team captain and covers the full team fee at checkout. You are welcome to split the cost with your teammates however you'd like offline — but the full amount is due upfront to register your team.

After registering, invite your partners to complete your roster (min 2, max 4):

• You can enter your teammates emails on the screen after checkout - Honcho will send them an invite to join your roster.
• Didn't enter emails at checkout? No problem. Share your unique team join link now and have them register before the deadline. Your team join link can be found in your confirmation email.
• Your spot is not locked in for the season until you have a minimum of 2 players on your roster. So make sure your teammates complete their registration ASAP.
• You’ll be able to add a fun team name as the season gets closer — we'll email you when it's time!

⚠️ Adding Teammates After Registration is Closed?

Your unique team join link is active during the registration window only. Once registration closes, that link will no longer work.

If you need to add someone to your roster after registration has closed, just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. Please include the following information for the player(s) being added in your request:

• Full Name, Email & Phone Number
• Gender
• Birthday
