This guide walks Team Captains through how to invite players and what steps are needed to confirm your team for the season.

📋 Before Inviting Players

• Note: Adding Players Post-Registration Deadline? Email [email protected] with their full name, email, gender, and DUPR ID (and ask them to join our Honcho Club for your city on DUPR directly). This allows us to keep everything updated for a smooth season. If we don’t receive their DUPR ID - matches that they play in won’t be able to be uploaded. </aside>

• Ensure invited players complete registration, sign the waiver, and pay their fees to officially join your team.

• We require a minimum of two players per team, and no more than four players can be on the roster.

• No restrictions on rotation—teams may choose to play with two players all night or rotate in their third or fourth player as they see fit. For example, two players might play Game 1, two others play Game 2, and then any two can return for Game 3.

• Honcho leagues no longer have gender requirements as of 2025. You can still review your league's details on the registration page for format and skill division info.

✅ Steps to Invite Players

1. Log into your Honcho Account and click “Dashboard” in the top right corner.
2. Find your registered team under “My Registered Activities”.
3. Click the 3 dots under “Actions” on the far right.
4. Click “Manage or add players”.
