This guide explains what to expect each week in a Honcho Ladder League, from schedule release to match night.

1️⃣ Weekly Schedule Release

• You’ll receive an email from Honcho when your weekly schedule is live.
• Open the Swish App → select your league → tap View Round Robin.
• Find your name to see your court and match time for the week.

📅 Match times are released weekly (3-5 business days before your league night) based on prior results, so please hold your full league night time block on your calendar each week until schedules are posted.

2️⃣ RSVP (Required 48hrs before league night)

• Go to the Player List in Swish.
• Find your name → tap the three dots → select RSVP: Yes.

RSVPs are required and help ambassadors plan for the night.

3️⃣ Can’t Attend? Send a Sub

• If you can’t make it, you’re expected to send a sub.
• Your sub does not need to be a Honcho player.
• If you’re sending a sub, still RSVP “Yes.”

🚫 Not RSVPing counts as a no-show and results in an attendance strike.
