1️⃣ Weekly Schedule [Fall Season]

How Scheduling Works

At registration — You commit to a league night (ex: Mondays, 6–10pm). Hold that full window every week.
~3-4 days before your league night — You'll get an RSVP request by email and text. At minimum one player needs to confirm you're in or opt out for the week. No penalty for sitting one out.
48 hours to respond — We'll send one reminder if we haven't heard from anyone on your roster. Miss the window and your team is out for that week — no makeup games.
- Only one player on the roster needs to RSVP - Yes for your team to be confirmed.
- Equally - if one player RSVPs - No - the full team is opted out. Be sure to discuss with your team on how you’ll handle RSVPs for the season.
~2 days before league night — All confirmed teams get an email stating their schedule is live: All info can be found in your Honcho League Platform - your exact start times, court assignments, and opponents for all games.
Game night — Show up, play your match(s) (3 games - per match) and report your scores before you leave.

During the 48-hour window: Change your RSVP as many times as you need. Once it closes, you're locked in.
RSVP'd yes but can't make it? Find a sub(s) — anyone works, Honcho player or not. Then log their name in the league platform yourself before they show up. A sub without a name in the system = attendance strike. 3 strikes = removed, no refund. No one else can enter your sub for you.
RSVP'd no or missed the window? No worries — you'll just sit that week out. Make sure to catch the RSVP the following week so you're back on the schedule. In the meantime, you're welcome to show up in case a spot opens up or grab a court at the venue if one's available.
- Sadly, we can’t add you in or remove you once the window closes. No exceptions or refunds for that week but join us for the next week!
